CounterPunch Magazine Random Articles Worth Reading

I'm a regular reader of the magazine COUNTERPUNCH, founded in 1994 by Ken Silverstein and edited by Alexander Cockburn and Jeffrey St. Clair.  It is not an ideological journal akin to neoliberal rags like TIME or NEWSWEEK but rather a collection of news stories and analysis pieces in the style of the best types of muck-rakers from the 19th and early 20th centuries.  On March 11 they released a list of the 12 Most Popular Stories of February 2015.  I found two of their stories extremely well-written, both about Israel/Palestine, THE REAL RULER OF ISRAEL: SHELDON ADELSON by Uri Avnery and THE PROBLEM OF ISRAEL IN THE MODERN WORLD by Michael Welton.  Later on I also had another article, AIPAC Busting Up Peace Efforts by Medea Benjamin, co-founder of CODEPINK, come across my radar.
